Our accomplishments since our founding in 1999

Phase I - Conceptual Development (1999-2000)

• Completed analysis of existing educational models including parochial, government mandated public schools and private preparatory schools.
• Determined the most effective aspects, and the non-functional or detrimental aspects of each model.
• Interviewed parents of home school, private school, Christian school, and public school parents to determine the motivation for their families' educational choices.
• Developed a unique educational leadership platform built upon a foundation of excellence, truth, and Christian love using research results.
• Completed demographic analysis of area school districts to determine the most effective location.
• Established a Non-Profit Corporation with a 501( c )3 Tax exempt status.

Phase II - Site Acquisition and Development (2001-08)

• Acquired 65 acres of land that provides access and bussing from six school districts and quick access to Arnold Palmer Regional airport.
• Completed K-4 curriculum development.
• Completed a site plan that includes a K-12 facility, vocational school, conference center, housing complex and ice arena.
• Completed architectural design and rendering of entire K-12 facility.
• Site Development work completed to date:
  • Layout and positioning of K–12 facility on site.
  • Core drilling and core sample analysis for design and preparation of physical plant site.
  • Removal of 188,921 tons of bony coal refuse.
  • Importation of 249,777 tons of fill and ash compacted to geo-technical specifications.
  • Mitigation of two acres of wetlands.
  • Installation of 1/2 mile of French drain system to stabilize the water table.
  • Relocated 2,000 feet of stream and had it approved and accepted by Unity Township Municipal Authority and DEP.
  • Relocated 2,000 feet of Main Municipal Sewer line to facilitate tap in of new K-4 physical plant.

Our Plan for the future

• Begin capital campaign to raise $12 million to complete Part A of Phase III of our master plan which includes:
  • Prepare foundation plans for K-4 module and acquire permits needed to begin construction of the K-4 School facility.
  • Take all architectural renderings and drawings from the conceptual stage to the specification level and bid the entire construction project for the K-4 module.
  • Begin construction by spring of 2011 and complete it by 2013
  • Hire headmaster, staff and teachers by Fall of 2011 and begin our first classes for grades K-2 in September of 2013
